1. Alexis Barclay Journalist brochure. I think it was the best in my opinion because the front picture really caught my eye from a mile away. That got me interested in reading into the job of a Journalist.
2. None of them. I don’t think any of those jobs listed is the one for me.
3. Small-Business Owner – You have to be good at many jobs: salesperson, buyer, accountant, marketer, operations manager, even janitor. Few people can do it all. And then hiring people to do the jobs makes profit smaller.
1. I think Mark Acosta’s Coast Guard Brochure is the most outstanding because, the information was stated perfectly and the pictures caught my eye.
2. I don’t think that any of the careers involve any of the skills or tasks that I would like to work with.
3. I think that the downside of all the careers in the most overrated is just the simple fact that, the pay for their employees isn’t a good amount of money.
1) In my opinion Alex Rocco’s was good because it had good information, and also it was interesting that he did his on the army.
2) I like green-collar consultant because they are trying to save the earth.
3) I chose chef because they don’t get good hours; they have to usually work most of the week and also in the hot hot kitchen.
1) My favorite brochure was Mareli Garcia’s about metal working careers. I like it because it had nice layout and interesting facts, that I don’t know much about.
2) The one that was interesting to me was the Green-Collar Consultant because they research to stop global warming and I think that is a great cause. They have to figure out ideas to stop global warming.
3) The worst part about being a chef is the long hours and working at restaurants that are often low class. Instead of assembling dishes their mainly chopping ingredients.
1) The best brochure we’ve looked at in my opinion was Nick Graza’s. His caught my eye with the bubbles and the picture on the front. The information was easy to read and interesting.
2) One of the cutting-edge jobs that looked interesting to me was behavioral geneticist. I choose this job because I think it is interesting to watch and learn how other people behave. And why they do the things they do.
3) The downside of being a chef is they don’t always work in “frou-frou restaurants or oven blazed trails in the kitchen.” Most of the chefs work in assembly-lines or making the same items every night. Plus typically chefs work all night long and don’t get to enjoy themselves at night.

3)I think the downside of being a Small Business Owner is that even though you have a lot of freedom with this job , you also have a lot of responsibility with it to.

(2) Emergency planners prepare for and respond to disasters, such as fires, floods, tornadoes, or earthquakes.
(3) Teachers don’t have the best job in the world but they do get some time off. Teachers have to grade sometimes messy homework but they still have to grade alot of homework. And they don’t receive good pay but its something to keep them on their feet.

3. Policemen have over-rated jobs because they work is stressful and dangerous, and in high-crime areas. They have a lot of paper work that is documented very carefully.

2) I like School Psychologist because it kind of close to what I really want to do (child and youth worker)
3) Chef because you have to give people exactly what they want or they will complain and that wouldn’t be good for you or the restaurant you work in.
